PoliticsOnline is responsible for over a dozen major innovations and global industry first. Noble is a veteran of over 350 political campaigns and public affairs projects in 40 states and 30 countries and he has worked to elect the head of state in 15 countries.

Noble has developed and led numerous innovative e-democracy projects for such clients as the BBC, World Bank, United Nations, European Union, Bertelsmann Foundation, AOL, Amnesty International and many others.

Noble has held teaching and advisory positions with the Institute of Politics of the Kennedy School at Harvard, University of Amsterdam, George Washington University, University of Southern California and other. He lives in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and two school age children
